She has sound first-hand experience of the localities and financial markets in the City of London, Greater London and Essex and offers commercially astute and relevant legal advice on the acquisition or disposal of your business, commercial property or lease and the associated matters each transaction entails. She is a highly skilled negotiator and has successfully won many cases where she has fortuitously retrieved back assets belonging to clients which were seized by HMRC through the course of business.
Razwana has a discerning working insight on all administration matters your company must adhere to including advice on company formation, winding down or restoring your company. Razwana possesses excellent legal drafting skills and can prepare bespoke company documentation including Partnership and Directors Agreements and policies and guidance on GDPR and Intellectual Property Rights. Razwana obtained her LLB Law (Hons) degree from highly regarded SOAS (University of London) and completed her legal training at a large Chambers & Partners commercially ranked firm in London.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading and keeping fit.
